Appraisal is done. Everything is finalise. I asked myself why didn't I deserve a 2.. And realise that probably I didn't do enough.. =(

Promotion is something that everyone hopes for in a job for that means that you have advance a step in your career progression.. For me, it's been 3yrs, coming to 4 and trust me, none of those of the same rank as me in my team, are heading towards that path bcos, it's almost impossible..

Shall not say more as it's already pretty late! time to sleep...
Before that, just to share a phrase that I learn to understand from my CG leader previously when I was still with them "Do to others as you would have them do to you"
